Venetia is a business strategist and leadership advisor with over 25 years of experience leading media SMEs across the Middle East. She works closely with founders and teams to align their purpose with performance, offering strategic guidance, non-executive directorships, and process reviews that help businesses thrive and run smoothly.
When sheās not working, Venetia enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting fresh ideas in the business world. Combining her love for people with sharp strategic insight, Venetia is all about helping others grow while keeping things real and enjoyable.
Nick is a seasoned film director and creative consultant with extensive experience working with major brands across the Middle East. Known for his ability to interpret briefs clearly and bring ideas to life through innovative storytelling, Nick combines technical expertise in directing, editing, and concept development with a strong creative vision that delivers engaging, impactful films.
Outside of work, Nick is passionate about wingfoiling, gardening, and exploring gut health! An avid reader with a curious mind, he brings the same energy and creativity to his personal interests as he does to every project.
